The Avalon Room is perfect for more intimate functions, as it
can comfortably accommodate 80-seated guests. This versatile
facility lends itself to cozy events from indoor/outdoor weddings
to effective business meetings. The Expo Center’s retreat
like setting will enhance the look and feel of your event. The
beautiful, adjoining lawn area is often used as a ceremony site
or as a location for photos.
When renting the Avalon Room your Rental Fee includes:
60” Round table with chairs (8 guests per table)
8’ Rectangular tables for main seating and food service
Guest Book, Cake and Gift tables
Full Bar (options available)
Bartender and Event Security Staff
Portable Dance Floor
Air conditioning
Restrooms
The Expo Center sells all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic);
however, our clients may supply their own catering and decorating
services. Please note that dates cannot be reserved without
a deposit.
